Minor tagging correction

Added info for protected areas owned by the University of Illinois, and added an area. Given that access is primarily given for research purposes, they seem to me to fit the criteria given on the OSM Wiki for IUCN class 1a.

Fixing a mistake I made: having emailed the operator of the I-View website, some of the places I recently added shouldn't be here.
