It is always better to improve the existing ways then to remove them. You can tag driveways as highway=service and service=driveway + add suitable access tag: osm.wiki/Access

Please do not use Google Streetview for mapping as it is prohibited.

Fixed it. As mentioned above, * it had a missing multipolygon (it existed but had only one member). * layer=-2 on this river needed deleting. * river itself should be tagged as natural=water + water=river (proper tagging schema that someone have failed to announce well). * some nearby bridges still have layer tags that have unnormally high values. * river did not have a centerline marked as waterway=river (I used some parts of admin border for it). * river polygon was not a closed loop (first and last point were some meters apart from each other).

You also might need to bypass your browsers cache (shift+reload on firefox; ctrl+reload on IE, chrome).

These two ways seem to be deleted quite recently. It takes some time for all zoom levels to rerender. On most zoom levels this way is already gone and soon all levels will be ok.

I have done some Telcom IP remapping from which I can say that this area has very very few gps tracks. As it is half impossible to align bing aerials without any tracks then there is no easy way for non local mappers to help with initial road network.

You do not need to make one long way to cover one track(road). You can make several shorter ways that are connected to each other and have same tags. Also most tracks have different road conditions in different parts (see: tracktype)

For big lakes you can use multipolygon relations. Basically you make several ways around the lake that are connected to each other. Then you make one relation that has these ways as members and add needed tags to relation.

PS! Realtions may be hard to figure out at the beginning.

You can follow the discussion of DB rebuild on rebuild list. Currently there seems to be nothing definete (exept the fact that rebuild will take place as soon as everything is OK).
