Why was Route B in Warren County demoted from a secondary road to a tertiary road?

Yeah, it's no problem really. It's my fault for not adding a lifecycle prefix. I did that now so it shouldn't happen again :D

The North Lincoln Drive connection to 61 has been closed and partially demolished. It shouldn't be on the map. I will remove it again.

I apologize, I didn't mean to make such a large changeset. i thought my josm client was making new changesets, but apparently it was not. oh well.
