Nunmehr hast du die Kirche in ein Multipolygon mit zwei outer-ways zerlegt, ohne dass es einen Grund dafür gibt. Dafür sind MPs nicht gedacht.
Das tourism=attraction hast du an einer der "Wände" stehen lassen. Das ergibt keinen Sinn.
Ich habe das nun zum zweiten Mal repariert.
Bitte erkläre doch, was du mit deiner Änderung erreichen wolltest.

Hallo Reclus, ich sehe Tripadvisor, Yelp, Foursquare als Review/Rezensions-Webseiten und insbesondere nicht als Kontaktadressen der betreffenden Einrichtung.
Diese Webseiten sind, anders als z.B. Facebook, keine Eigendarstellungen der Einrichtung.

Dann solltest du bei deiner Navisoftware ein Ticket aufmachen, dass zur Notaufnahme geroutet werden kann, die du ja auch eingetragen hast.
Zwei Krankenhäuser einzutragen bedeutet fehlerhafte Daten, das irritiert dann wieder andere Auswertungen.

On the other hand, for way/490542618 and way/261564260, KDDA himself added waterway=stream to a new and an existing border way (April/May).

There was one of WernerP's changeset still on my todo list from the series of repairs above, which were done manually. Let me check that manually at daylight tomorrow if that is the reason for your question.

'name' ist Eigennamen vorbehalten.
Ich habe deine Beschreibungen nach 'description' verschoben und die ref-Werte wiederhergestellt.

Also, there is no need to delete a way (241282481) just to create a similar line, please preserve the history of objects.
Nowadays, we prefer to draw areas exactly and do not glue them to roads.
Finally, please provide more descriptive comments to your changesets. Having "Adding additional detail" on each of them is not informative about your intentions.

Hallo Bürste, du hast hier das "place_of_worship" entfernt. Laut https://kirche.ruhr/gottesdienst/ finden dort regelmässig Gottesdienste statt, also handelt es sich um eine Andachtsstätte, und place_of_worship war richtig.
Ansonsten ist amenity=church_hall ungebräuchlich. Ein Gemeindezentrum (ohne Andachtsstätte) wäre amenity=community_centre + community_centre=parish_hall.
