Why change to higway residential on ways for agricultural purposes?

If you think that is necessary to map private swimming pools: OK map it but only solid-permanent (not movable) pools with access=private and complete this tag to already mapped pools. If I want to create map of pools e.g for tourists I hide pools with access=private and that is OK.

Official sources of fire water we have in city fire rules: http://www.kraluv-dvur.cz/assets/File.ashx?id_org=7294&id_dokumenty=97138 (see pages 12 and 13).
Generaly OSM is not good data source for fire water sources. In many cases data are not complete, comprehensive and up to date with current status od fire water sources. So for fire fighters we have other official document about guaranteed source of fire water. But maybe your data use anybody else for other reasons. So if you really want you can map it but only permanent pools and with appropriate tags.

Pokud považujete za nutné mapovat soukromé bazény, mapujte je, ale pouze ty pevně zabudované do země (nepřenosné), označte je access=private a tento tag doplňte ke všem již zmapovaným soukromým bazénům. Pokud budu chtít udělat mapu bazénů například pro turisty, nezahrnu do ní bazény s tagem access=private a je to OK.

Obecně OSM není moc dobrý datový zdroj o zdrojích požární vody. V řadě případů nejsou data komplení, ucelená a aktuální se stavem zdrojů požární vody. Pro hasiče máme oficiální dokument popisující garantované zdroje požární vody. Ale vaše data může třeba využít někdo jiný k jiným účelům. Pokud tedy opravdu chcete, můžete bazény mapovat, ale jen ty pevné a s příslušnými tagy.

If you necessarily want to map private garden swimming pools please set tag access=private. It is important for OSM data set usability. See:

And please why do you have only this one change in changeset and other pools you have in separately changesets?

Pokud je opravdu nezbytné mapovat soukromé bazény na zahradách, bylo by dobré přidat tag access=private. Je to důležité z hlediska využitelnost dat OSM. Viz:

I changed tags highway=preproposed to highway=proposed i this and also i my other changesets in our city: changeset/34710157 , it can be verified by http://overpass-turbo.eu/?w=%22highway%22%3D%22preproposed%22+global&R

But I think it would be good to have some tag/tags to distinguish some phases of preparing highways - e.g. still not approved plans - still publicly discussed with authorities (this case) vs. approved and permited detailed and fixed proposals already waiting/prepared for building (we have some any other cases in our city) etc.

When I tagged this I try to find on wiki something about planning states but I'm not found how to distinguish some phases of preparing highways and I evaluate tag proposed (For roads that are about to be built, but where any construction work hasn't yet been started) as too advance phase to use on my case. So I try to find something on taginfo.

IMHO It will be better to have some clearly information on wiki about using proposed or other tags with different phases of preparing highways including my case "prepropsed" - plans before approving by authority or in process of approving - For roads that are *MAYBE* about to be built (I used/need OSM data for city analysis of case if this highways will be build).

Only planned highway by owner of estate (developer). Owner (developer) presented their plans to local municipality only (approved by local municipality) but not yet permited by local building authority (local level of state administration - government). So I found a rare used tag preproposed in taginfo and I use it for this situation (I woud use proposed after building permission and I want to have planned highways by developers in map data for "city developlment modeling"). Is it OK?
