Might have been an accident, I made a lot of edits to the marina in the last few days and it seems to have slipped through. I plan on visiting the marina again soonish and surveying & verifying all the dispensers/benches/tables/etc, so I might not have paid as close attention as a should have knowing I'd be fixing any missing items in the near future.

I don't see a problem with making those changes as it is almost exclusively used by pedestrians but I will note the path is still actively maintained and used on occasion as a an access road, mostly for the pipeline and water treatment plant. The note on the wiki appears to be for roads that have been abandoned for their original purpose, so I'm not sure it applies.
