In that case it should be `access:conditional=no @ (06:00-20:00)` in addition to bus=yes; hgv =yes
Which means busses and trucks are allowed all the time, but cars are not allowed 6am-8pm

Please note that as documented in osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element it's incorrect to map the same restaurant as both node and tags on the building polygon.
Additionally, if a business occupies only a part of a building, such as just the ground floor, it is incorrect to tag that business as the whole building. In this case AsianTaste86, Yaya Tea and Sky Cafe should've been tagged only as nodes. 👍🙂

If the historic name was Newtown, is the name you entered for Elmhurst or Newtown?

Hmm.. Satellite imagery shows that lane markings start at least after Farrington Street. Additionally official NYC roads database states that there are 3 lanes https://imgur.com/a/ZwjO1o8
I guess it's just a deficiency of StreetComplete app because according to lanes=* it's valid to have no lane markings tag AND have lanes count tag.

Rather than just completely deleting this node, it's much better to use lifecycle prefix as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix
Or at the very least delete just the business-specific info, but left the address node intact. That way you'll be preserving history of this object and this address remains searchable.
