Hello.
I believe you made a mistake here. The left and right most lanes are just parked cars, not moving lanes. So it's 2+3 layout.

Hello.
"Island", "Statue" and "Park" are part of those features' names, not just descriptors, so shouldn't they be capitalized too?

Hello.
Could you please elaborate why did you change this tower into full building rather than building part?

Hello.
Please note that bus stop name should be its full street names, without abbreviations. "ref=" tag here is intended for the MTA's unique bus stop number. Bus route number goes into "route_ref=" tag.

Additionally, rather than deleting restaurant info in one node and adding it to another, it's better to just move the node to its new place and update the address and whatever other info is relevant. That way you are preserving history of that object if it ever needs to be referred to again.

Hello.
There are a couple of issues with this edit.

It seems like for no reason you attached an address node to a sidewalk near 1st st and 7th ave. This is not a correct way to map such features since address is obviously not part of a sidewalk.

You named a community garden as "Plantville". Where is that name coming from?

You mapped 2nd ave bike lane as a separate way. However, it is already as tagged on 2nd ave way itself. Your change goes against osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element guideline.
Additionally, the name you gave to that bike lane goes against osm.wiki/Names#Names_are_not_for_descriptions guideline.

Similarly, Washington Park's baseball field is already tagged in the sport pitch area.

Also, it's cool that a city transportation planner is mapping for OSM๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚

Hello.
Unfortunately, there are many issues with your edit.
For one, many of the bike paths that you added are already mapped as tags on their relevant road ways. The way you mapped goes against osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element guideline.
Additionally, in your edit it seems like most of the ways you added are named like "Montgomery Street Protected Bike Lane", however as documented in osm.wiki/Names#Names_are_not_for_descriptions "name=" tag should be used as a description.
Also, most of the ways you added contain many needless nodes on seemingly straight lines. While that's not outright wrong, it creates unnecessary extra work when ways need to be adjusted to more accurate satellite imagery or road reconfiguration, plus extra data in the OSM database.
Please correct these issues, otherwise this edit will be fully reverted.

Also, please make your edits smaller. That makes it easier to review them, and if there are any problems, only smaller amount of data would have to be reverted of fixed.

Hello.
You tagged Sterling Place as having bike lane on the right side and not left. However, satellite and streetview imagery shows the opposite. Could you please elaborate on your edit?

Hello.
Please note that it's inappropriate to tag the whole building as a business if that business occupies only part of that building.
A 3-story apartment building should not be tagged as a liquor store which is only on the first floor.
A 3-story office building must not be tagged as a cafe.
For these situations each business must be mapped as a separate node within the perimeter of the building they occupy.
A building can be tagged as a business only if that business occupies the whole building. For a example a stand-alone fast-food restaurant or something like Costco.

You can easily look at the history of each of that kerb, in this changeset I have no deleted any tags you added to these kerbs. 7 of them were just empty tagless nodes and I created the 8th one.

Which "that crossing" are you referring to? This changeset covers the whole w96..
Unless I made some mistake, I did not change any existing curb tags. I simply made nodes that connect sidewalks to crosswalks as curbs. In places where I could see from satellite imagery those plastic rumble plates, I tagged it as lowered, tactile and wheelchair. In places where I couldn't tell, I simply left it as kerb with no explicit indication of wheelchair accessibility either way to allow for local survey to update it to the correct values. I don't assume all intersections to be wheelchair accessible since not all are.

Hello.
Please note that as documented in traffic_calming=island traffic_calming=island is intended only for traffic calming feature, not pedestrian refuge area.
What you are looking for is crossing:island=*

Please note that "crossing=marked" is intended specifically for crosswalks with STOP sign.
Crosswalks that are controlled by traffic lights should be tagged as "crossing=traffic_signals". ๐Ÿ‘

Hello.
Just fyi in case you were not aware of, recently there's been a proposal approved on how to consistently tag crosswalk markings: crossing:markings=*. This should cover all the different stripes and lines we encounter in nyc๐Ÿ‘
