This edit contains multiple problems.
* You have been informed multiple times in past that it is inappropriate to double-tag both building and node with the same data.
* In multiple POI you entered malformed phone numbers.
* "whitestone" is not a correct capitalization of the city name.
* You entered malformed opening_hours tag and malformed website url.
* "First Central Savings Bank" is not a valid value for the "branch=" tag.
* For some reason you moved a solar panel from a building, multiple blocks away and attached it to a road.
Considering all these issues, this edit will be reverted.

If possible, generally it's better to edit existing feature and update it to the current state rather than delete it and create a new feature. Doing so preserves history of that element and allows people to refer to it in the future if the need arises. 👍

Yes, iD asks that question, but just answering above/below is not the correct way to handle drive-through. 🙂That service road should've been split where it goes under the overhang and that section tagged with "covered=yes"

You should tag the whole building as a specific business ONLY if it occupies the whole building. In this case it appears that this store is only on the 2nd floor, while below it is another retail location.

Even if that was meant for description tag, that url shouldn't go there. Description field should be self-sufficient. If that url ever changes, the description would be useless..

It's probably better to map city hall and police as separate nodes.. That would allow you add relevant details to each node individually rather than intermixed..

This combination of tags is intended specifically for indoor mapping, like malls or buildings.
Here it appears to be an elevator to a train/subway platform? If so then it should be tagged as highway=elevator with additional relevant tags as documented in highway=elevator 👍
