| 121911028 | over 3 years ago | I don't need to prove anything. All edits by you and other uplanders are nicely documented and they speak for themselves and DWG is well aware of them. |
| 121911028 | over 3 years ago | I'm not against upland. I don't care about upland.
If you make real, legitimate edits, without blatantly copying from copyrighted maps and intentionally breaking tags so it looks pretty in upland I and others have no problem. However, 99% of edits coming from upland are either vandalism or copyrighted data. Prove me wrong. |
| 121911028 | over 3 years ago | Ok, so you google my name..Now what? You'll doxx me? black list of vandals? what are you talking about?!
|
| 121911028 | over 3 years ago | I know perfectly well what NFT is. Can't wait to see upland on https://web3isgoinggreat.com Age or race makes no difference. If you intentionally continue to make wrong edits to the map, even after being told about that, how else should that be interpreted? |
| 121911028 | over 3 years ago | OSM is about mapping what's on the ground.
|
| 121911028 | over 3 years ago | If there's a plaque signifying that building as such, you are welcome to map the plaque itself. But it is inappropriate to tag the building or surrounding areas the way you did. |
| 122121591 | over 3 years ago | If you have any questions, feel free to ask. You can also join osm US Slack server and/or Discord server if you prefer communicating that way. |
| 122121591 | over 3 years ago | That nyc.org page states that there's consideration of building a housing on that site and some sort of memorial. So once those features are there(even once construction starts), it'd be great to add them to OSM. |
| 122121591 | over 3 years ago | You can map this organization itself with a node at their official address.

| 122125784 | over 3 years ago | They haven't replied to any changeset messages sent to them about issues with their edits. This editor did the same thing in 121393300, 121393587, 121393743, 121394107, 121395223, 121911028.

| 122121591 | over 3 years ago | I've seen that site from your tags. However, OSM is about mapping what's out there in the world _now_. From what I can see on satellite imagery, there are no signs left of that cemetery/graveyard. If there are any signs, plaques, monuments or other physical things present around that location, you are most welcome to map them. However, a cemetery or a graveyard that existed at some point in the past but not any more would be more suitable for https://openhistoricalmap.org rather than OSM. |
| 122131599 | over 3 years ago | If they were originated from copyrighted sources, yes. |
| 122131660 | over 3 years ago | In addition to what you mentioned, there are also sources that have compatible licenses with OSM and they can be used for mapping.
|
| 122131528 | over 3 years ago | You didn't add that data from from that website. You took it from another copyrighted source and as such it will be deleted.
|
| 122131660 | over 3 years ago | Considering you map for upland, and considering in the past virtually every single edit from upland-related people have been either straight up vandalism or taking copyrighted data, I find it hard to believe that you have a friend that was there. |
| 122131599 | over 3 years ago | Considering you map for upland, and considering in the past virtually every single edit from upland-related people have been either straight up vandalism or taking copyrighted data, I find it hard to believe that you have a flyer to a local biz, while not being local to NYC. Would you mind showing that flyer? |
