Please note that you CAN NOT use any data from Yelp to map in OSM their data is copyrighted to them and that license is incompatible with OSM. osm.wiki/FAQ#Why_don't_you_just_use_Google_Maps/whoever_for_your_data?

As documented in phone=*#Phonewords, phone numbers must consist of only digits.
If you want to use phonewords then it should be phone:mnemonic= tag.

Rather than using note tag for the planted date, you can use start_date= tag.

Hello.
Please note that "coming soon" is not a valid opening hours. If this business is not open yet it should not be mapped.
OSM is a map of the world NOW, not in the past or future.

Since in US there’s no official regulatory body managing hotel star ratings and each hotel can rate themselves however many stars they want, it serves no purpose other than promotional/advertisement for the hotels.

As such, the use of stars=* tag for hotels should be deprecated.

That's not an acceptable solution. Just because a bbox is big it doesn't mean it has no changes in my area of interest.

147312260 almost 2 years ago

Xvtn, I don't use OSM website. I use OsmCha and whodidit RSS feeds with fillets to monitor NYC. Such huge bboxes are a part of how OSM works.
If your know a tool that allows me to review changesets that ONLY affect my area of interest, do share them.

If a school building has more than 1 school then the building shouldn't have a name, rather each school should be mapped as separate nodes.

Regarding 154 West 93, according to https://www.schools.nyc.gov/schools/M256 it seems to be "Lafayette Academy" and "Middle School 256"

That's the point of the bollard=removable tag, isn't it? Unless I'm misunderstanding what you are trying to map here..

https://vzv.nyc/ website shows this street until Broadway has 20mph speed limit...

If there's no tree but just a sticker then you shouldn't map that tree until it's actually there.

colour= values should always be in the lower case.
In general, in OSM other than proper names and a couple of other exceptions, all tag values should be in the lower case.

What is the purpose of the text in the note= tag?
