Please don't forget to tag curb nodes. If you can't tell what kind of curb it is from the satellite imagery, it's sufficient to just tag it as a curb and then it'll show up for other apps like StreetComplete to survey and tag on the site.

Yes, it's artistic expression of this person, but this type of art is not intended to be long-lasting. They tag things with full understanding that 1)it's illegal 2)it'll be ripped off soon after.

Please note that except for proper names(and a few other exceptions), all tag values should be in the lower case. So "LED" it should be "led".

Also you still haven't explained the meaning of "cover=y" tag.

As documented on highway=street_lamp light_colour= tag should be osm.wiki/Tag:light:colour=,
light_count= should be light:count=
operator_type= should be operator:type=
