That page also says "Moving Chains is on view to the public on Governors Island in New York Harbor through June 2023, before it moves to the banks of the Ohio River in Cincinnati."
So it seem like it's no longer there..?
But even if it's still there, it sounds like it won't be there permanently. And as documented in osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_temporary_events_and_temporary_features we shouldn't add temporary features.

Hello.
Do you have more information what exactly this feature is?

Hello.
You added what appears to be an address as building name. Is that intentional?

Hello.
When mapping in OSM please don't abbreviate street names. They should be fully spelled out.
You can read more about this at osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_(don't_do_it)

Hello.
When mapping features that supposed to be rectangular, you can right click on them and select "Make Square". Doing that makes your mapping look neater and the features would be closer to the real world.

Hello.
When mapping, and especially when moving the map around, please pay attention not to accidentally move unrelated features.
In this edit it seems like you dragged a sidewalk and cross a block away.
I'll fix this.

Not really. If you would've combined those nodes, generally the older one would be kept.
But in cases where one of the addresses just goes away, not really.. Or perhaps still keep just the address node in case in the future this space will be split up again.

Hello.
If you are interested in adding more indoor details, consider using https://indoorequal.org to see what such features would look like and https://osminedit.pavie.info is an editor that has more features specifically intended for indoor mapping activities.

Hello.
Please note that "Program=" is not a standard tag in OSM. This kind of information probably should be entered as description=

Hello.
Rather than outright delete a closed biz, it's must better to use lifecycle prefix as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix
Or at the very least delete biz-specific tags but leave address node in place.
Doing that not only preserves the history of this object, but also keep this address searchable.

Could you please explain what kind of fix is this? What was wrong here?

name_1= or any other name_*= tags are deprecated. We should be using alt_name= or local_name= or whatever other appropriate established tag.

Hello.
Once again I ask you to properly map crosswalks by connecting them to their intersecting roads.
Please note that if you continue to ignore my comments your account will be referred to DWG, which can result in temporary or even permanent ban.

Hello.
When mapping parks in NYC iD/RapiD has 2 presets specifically for that to fill in some of the related tags. You just search for "NYC" and they should come up.

It's not wrong and it doesn't hurt anything, true.
But with so many things still left to map and improve, it just seems sensible to spend time and effort on map features that would benefit to somebody.

If you wan to use this kind of differentiation there's building:use= tag as documented in building:use=*

That's a very old and outdated page :)
You can use https://revert.monicz.dev/ and give it this changeset's id.
