It looks like you tagged a few of these sidewalks as unmarked crossing. I fixed the ones I spotted but there might be more.

Hello.
Please note that since this node is in NYC, USA, the local language here is English. Therefore name= tag is supposed to be in English.
Also "INEE" part must be removed from the name tag go into name:short= tag.

Hello.
Please note that this changeset will be reverted in full.

Nothing is wrong with StreetComplete.
It already asks mappers to tag only relevant sections with height tag and it has an ability to split a way specifically for that.

140259522 over 2 years ago

I'm not sure what documentation you are referencing, but highway=stop#Tagging_minor_road_stops is pretty clear on how to map things. Putting stop signs at stop positions is a perfectly valid and more detailed way to map than putting them at way intersections.
Further more, it is the only correct way to tag them where only 1 road has to stop.

This needs to be corrected since data consumers, especially routers are affected by this.

Hello.
This way should've been split so that the height tag was only on the way where it actually applies.

Hello.
Could you please elaborate why did you delete many of the stop signs in this edit?

Hello.
It is inappropriate to tag the whole buildings as a biz if that biz occupies only part of that building. Such biz must be tagged as a separate node.
I tried to correct it, but the website of this company blocks the ability to copy/paste any text such as phone numbers and hours. This is absolutely idiotic and moronic thing to do in 2023. I'm not going to manually retype all that info.
If you know them, tell them to fix this. Otherwise, feel free to submit accurate data yourself.

Broken mess?🤨I don't know where you are seeing this.
NYC buildings look fine in F4, streets.gl, osmbuildings, mapbox. Some how more details, some have less. Some could be improved. But it's hardly "a real broken mess".

I think you are misunderstanding the statement you quoted.
Yes, if there's a way with building:part=yes exists within the perimeter of a building outline, building outline is not rendered. That's not broken. That's by design.
It is so that the whole building can be correctly and accurately represented by all the necessary building:part=yes ways.

Hello.
Is this a single address for this whole building, or are different parts have different addresses?

Implication of setting min_height is that there's nothing below that feature, which is obviously not the case..
Please see min_height=*

Hello.
Rather than delete and create new, it's generally better to update existing features to be current. Doing that preserves history of that object, which can be useful to refer to at some point in the future.

Hello.
You mapped a number of features that do not seem to match what's available on the satellite imagery you used. Could you please elaborate on this edit?

This biz moved to a new location and has a new address, but its name which contains part of the address remained the same?
Seems a bit strange, no?

Hello.
Please note that opening hours you entered for that toilet building are incorrect. That tag has a specific syntax which can get pretty complicated. There's a useful website that allows you to generate the correct value for this tag simply by marking relevant hours on a time chart: https://projets.pavie.info/yohours/

Hello.
Please note that this edit incorrect.
This should be a unique stop number. It's supposed to be printed on one side of those information boxes hanging on poles next to each stop.
The actual bus route number goes into route_ref= tag.

Hello.
When mapping, please pay attention not to accidentally drag some feature out of place like you did here with a playground.

I fixed it.

Hello.
Since feature is located in an area where English is the local language tag name:en= can be just osm.wiki/Tag:name=.
