i didn't let me cleanly revert my revert since i made some edits afterwards. but i submitted 2 edits, one updates lane count and turn lanes and the other turn restrictions

I saw those dot pages but I don't see where it says that they were implemented. Only that page showing proposals.

But I see Nov imagery and you are correct. It looks like it's starting from Ave J. I'll work on getting it fixed.

I made this revert edit because based on the available facts I considered that incorrect data in OSM would be more damaging.

I would like to talk more about it and get some sort of confirmation that such road reconfiguration happened. With evidence I'll gladly either revert this edit or manually go through and update all the relevant road segments.

How recently was that change? Do you have this documented somewhere?

I'm looking at street imagery from August 24th 2022 and I'm still seeing 3+2 lane configurations.

There are a number of problems with your edit.
It seems like you accidentally dragged a crosswalk node a few blocks away damaging the map. Please pay attention when you are panning the map around not to do that again.
Additionally, for many features you added addr:state tag. Please note that its value must always be capitalized. Instead of "nj" it must always be "NJ".
Additionally, you incorrectly deleted a valid DD POI and instead added it to an unrelated office building.

Could you please elaborate on your changes to some of these ways? Many of them changed number of lanes from 5 to 4 when satellite imagery clearly shows 5.
Additionally you deleted turn lane tags which are also visible on the satellite imagery.
