Thank you for picking this up! I had expected JoSM to catch those when I did validation. I'll jump in and fix.

It was completed in JOSM and wasn't obvious that is had tagged nodes as well as ways. I would have thought JOSM would give me a warning if that was the case, that is disappointing. I'm periodically going back through each of the trunk roads where there is no ped/cycling access. Kings way under Crown is another example where it is incorrect. Thanks for highlighting Western Port as well.
