Additionally, the Levada is not easily accessible. Designating it as PR15 could actually lead to people going there with wwrong expectations leader to actual danger.

If you actually look at the map on the tourism website you (and I) linked to, you can see that this is not PR15. There is a Levada da Ribeira da Janela and there is a Vereda da Ribeira da Janela. They are not identical. The Levada (to the west) was named Vereda and the Vereda (to the east) was named Levada. The PR15 denomination existed twice. You just reverted a correct edit without bothering to look at the evidence given.
