Honnêtement je ne me rappelle plus, ça fait presque 15 ans que je suis intervenu sur cet ensemble de modifications… Mais j'utilisais les outils standards de l'époque (JOSM + Cadastre), le décalage est probablement pour corriger une projection erronée du cadastre dans JOSM.

I saw these points during my last trekking, and on OsmAnd application they all appear on the map, and make it difficult to read. I think these data should be rendered differently on the map.

There are plenty of points (thousands) tagged as emergency=access_point but I think they are rather address points.

Can somebody verify that ?
