I need a photo of the house or a part of it to do get the housenumber. So I'm talking about housenumber documentation too - not the paranoia as a social phenomenon, but about the law you can talk with paranoic people about. And with a small memo with some clauses it is propably possible to cool them down...

In the most countries, taking a picture of a biulding is allowed by law. In Germany it is ยง 59 Urheberrechtsgesetz (German Copyright Act), called "Panoramafreiheit". The Fereral Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof) confirmed this right by his decision Az.: I ZR 54/87 (Verwertung der Fotografie eines Privathauses - Friesenhaus).
