I apologize, no. I used the City of Mount Vernon interactive map https://www.mountvernonwa.gov/1331/Interactive-Maps and assumed the city limits followed the road's curve. The Skagit County auditor map does show a little bump out at the corner. https://www.skagitcounty.net/Maps/iMap/ I will try to undo that change, or if that is still not quite accurate I will update.
