I removed also
fixme = type
fixme:type = dining car

(and if it is a food truck then street_vendor fits, and I definitely approve use of that tags as someone who invented it :) )

I removed also check_date:footway:surface, footway:surface

These are both not needed if that it is just footway and also make it look like cycleway:surface is missing
