It was a shop that sells just yarn iirc. I think it was literally just called Yarn Shop. Must've chosen a fixme everydoor option. Don't live so close to here though, was on a road trip.

Hey man, why are you just converting walmart tag from nodes to areas? A lot of buisnesses around here are nodes and I've mostly switched them that way instead of the other, for many reasons. If you're a local I'm happy to discuss it, but it seems you've done this all over :(

Hey it seems like you added addr:housenumber to the road instead of a building here. Did you mean to add a specific address? addr:housenumber shouldn't go on a road like this.

Hey, it looks like this waterway was somehow changed to a cycleway, but it definitely exists according to imagery. This should be undeleted and changed to a waterway again. I'm happy to do so if you don't know how, as I'm not sure how to undelete an object with iD. Thanks!

Absolutely! Let me know if you ever need help :)

Hey there! In your changeset here you seem to have glued the park boundary to an admin boundary way. This is not reccomended because it makes editing the area hard and might cause a boundary relation to be moved, which it likely shouldn't. Boundaries aren't physical things like a park, and shouldn't share nodes with other ways in this manner.

Otherwise, the addition of the park is very useful, and happy mapping!

Oh, I almost forgot! Make sure when you add buildings and other polygons with 90° angles, you orthogonalize them with "Q" to get sharp corners :D

Glad to hear your response, and happy mapping :)

Let me know if you need help any time!

Hey there! If this is an abandoned house you should add the "abandoned:" key (abandoned:*=*) to define that information. As well, you should look for a more specific tag than "building=house" if you know it, as typically that's used for rowhouses, and in this situation may be able to be defined better. (building=house). Otherwise, thank you for your contribution to OpenStreetMap! On the ground knowledge like a building being abandoned, or what store is at a location, are some of the most important things to gather on OSM. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any other information, I'm happy to help :)

Hey there! Is there any reason you removed the residential construction area here entirely, instead of just removing the construction tag? It had useful information (name, operator) for the residential area that should be preserved, unless you know it to be incorrect. Let me know when you see this :) I'd be happy to draw the area more accurately as well if you haven't the time.

Best regards,

Keysmash typo, meant "Removed assumed oneway=no". Accidentally hit enter while typing and sent it like that.

Hi there, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Your buildings look great, but there's just two points l wanted to discuss with you.

1: Square buildings. Use the orthogonalize tool (Q in JOSM, l think in iD too) to make all the corners 90° since most buildings have right angles. The areas of your buildings look great, just need squaring up.

2: Swimming pool area. The area you marked as "amenity=swimming_pool" should only include the actual swimming pool water. Please adjust this when possible.

Thank you & best regards,
MatchaHatesGoogle.

l have - the worst - habit of doing that, thank you!

Hey there! Why did you change Calhoun from a place=town to a place=city? l don't believe this to be correct, it seems like you have done this to a lot of other cities? Please discuss your rationale behind this if you wouldn't mind.

look at the incredible data surrounding this area now. Hardly any of this could of existed then, if any of it even did. Not even licensed aerial imagery. Incredible.

Hey, where is this data from? I'm not trying to question you on importing or anything like that, I just live and edit here (as you may notice) and am curious about any open data sources I could use!

this should say something like "landuse". sorry

Hi, I've noticed a lot of bad data in imports from your account around my area in Georgia. Do you have a link to where this/these imports have been discussed?

this changeset comment is incorrect, this was not me simplifying water, but mapping more streams

Hey thanks for the notice! I totally didn't realise I had mapped these backwards. Going through and reversing my ways now
