20110524T0030 Tuesday - removed road segment that is not there

I deleted the route shown connecting the N end of Hazel St to the N end of Watkins Ave because it does not exist. Although a quick glance might appear to show such a route, that is only a driveway for the last house on the odd-numbered side of Hazel St.
The endpoints are: [43n61238,72w99607] and [43n61241,72w99515]

or, you can tag it as a service road, of type Driveway, and private access.
