We are indeed working on refining the data model for health centers in DRC and our colleague christian shadrack has done an early upload of the data he collected in the field, while all the tags were not decided yet. As you can see he has started to fix the issues, we should be done with the corrections today or tomorrow + publish the data model (defined in line with the Référentiel Géographique Commun) soon.

I'm quite puzzled by these polygons you drawn, which description is also unclear (I suppose by "segmentation par colis" you mean some sort of delivery area ?). This type of data (related to the operations of a single organization, i.e. not the limitations of an official zone of the camp) doesn't belong in the OSM database. We will therefore delete it since it is disturbing the work of other contributors, work that is required by the responding NGOs in the field (namely, our parnter UNHCR).
