Hey Greg_Rose
I drawn it using imagery not field mapping.I was looked like a water body on my perspective but may be wrong.
sometimes we can't find the actual object due imagery or others.
Thanks.

I don't think you read my previous message properly or failed to understand it. And yes I was, am and will be using English as it the languages of the community. If we need someone else's opinion to settle our disagreement how would they do it if we continue in Bengali? For example, if someone from the OpenStreetMap Foundation want to say something would you be requesting him to write in Bengali as well?

On to your second point. So you are saying that your mentioned bridge has a different level attached to bridge where people can want relax and pass time? Like this image: http://tiny.cc/londonbridge_osmcc [URL shortened to save space and format] Apparently your mentioned bridge is also a tourist attraction just line London bridge. Do sent us the location, would love to visit the tourist place. 🙂

And my dear friend, I am REQUESTING and PRAYING, please don't no add Bengali name as name tag in Bangladesh. It makes the map unusable for us the daily user. Rather please add Bengali name as `name:bn` tag. To my knowledge, we the OpenStreetMap community in Bangladesh never knew about this policy nor agreed to use it. We in the community always add English name in `name` tag and Bengali name in `name:bn` tag. I would advice you to follow that or we would be forced to revert them.

With all due respect, you may haven't done it intentionally but it is wrong. If you check the wiki link you provided, you would see on the right side that it says that to draw a bridge you can only use a way(ie. line); not point nor polygon (that you have done).

The examples you have given are not applicable in our country. We shouldn't assume that because they both are bridge those way of drawing is appropriate in our country. Sometime what walks like duck and quacks like duck is duck in UK but āĻšāĻžāρāϏ in Bangladesh. Most of your examples are tourist attraction place and have a lower level allowing people to walk under the bridge, but we don't seem to have any in our country.

The changes we make one OSM not only affect the visual things like tile but also other aspect of the system like location search and routing. These things impact a lot of user we are dependent on OSM on a daily basis. I can't be assured that you are one of those user, else you would know to ask before you make sudden change with zero community discussion or input. You should have taken a look at what community has done so far in this country before making a massive change like this. Here I was going to attach a few links containing the edit from a few top ranked mapper but it seems you have managed to successfully messed up all of them. A few remaining are here (PLEASE DON'T MESS WITH THIS AS WELL):

1. way/27918348
2. way/24225310
3. way/149327908
4. way/279951521
5. way/309904953

I am not trying to discourage you in anyway. OSM is a open-data system which assures that we all can contribute but if we each make up our own system then the quality degrades and data with no quality is of no use. All I am requesting you that see what the community has done, ask the community before you do. Good Day!

Hello, really appreciate your enthusiasm for editing in OSM.

Here I put a data by name 'Hospital Quarter' which you translated into 'āĻšāĻžāϏāĻĒāĻžāϤāĻžāϞ āĻŦāĻžāϜāĻžāϰ'

what happend here is blind trust on Google translate. Osm requers manual effort on input data. not copy and paste from google. if you did this intentionally it could count as OSM data vandalisation.
all the data you see in this area is from my field data collection.

we need to be more sensetive about data tranformation in OSM.

Dear @pierZen
thanks for your quick response in changesets. But can you define please why we follow the imagery?I tried to maintain the alignment both road and buildings just using imagery and now you made me confused that you are using imagery or not for proper mapping .I have lots of fair work in OSM.Thanks again.
