over 3 years ago | thanks for your contributions! there is a name:en tag on this store that is still left as CK's supermarket. you seem to have updated the name tag to co-operative, but not the name:en tag? can you confirm here that the store is now a co-op and then i can fix the tags? cheers
over 3 years ago | what changes occured here? why is the changeset area so large?
over 3 years ago | i honestly don't think that's important map data. if it was a separate building then sure, its boundary can be mapped. to my knowledge osm does not map areas within buildings though, so a node (as you've added) instead of area is fine. i'm just another casual mapper though so there may be a method i've never heard of.
over 3 years ago | it's also best practice not to connect something like a water body to the adjacent path / bridge / road etc, so i shifted the pond away from the bit with the bridge, to the south of the pond. this is not a clear cut rule though, see here osm.wiki/Editing_Standards_and_Conventions#Areas_and_Ways_Sharing_Nodes
over 3 years ago | thanks for your edits. the layering issue you tried to fix can be rectified by making the woods a multipolygon - the outer boundary is an "outer" and the water body in the woods is an "inner": see here osm.wiki/Relation:multipolygon and compare the examples to my edits that fixed your problem changeset/120306381 josm is a very good tool for dealing with multipolygons, i've no idea how easy it is with iD (the web editor you use) though. good luck and happy mapping!
over 3 years ago | there might be a way to state which floor of the building it's on with tags, but what you've done looks fine tbh don't worry :)
over 3 years ago | i have reverted this name change as it was made in error
over 3 years ago | hi friend, going forward, are you able to be a bit more specific with your changeset comment when you upload your work? seeing as we are working in the same area it's useful to know what has been done, and for other mappers reviewing the changesets. for this changeset for instance, what "details" are updated, how, etc etc? cheers <3
over 3 years ago | no prob, happy mapping :)
| 119238956 | over 3 years ago | you moved the bus stop while the node was part of the car park, which changed the shape of the car park. the node should have been disconnected from the car park beforehand (it should in fact have never have been part of the car park, no idea why it was part).

over 5 years ago | Hi, I'm looking at a stream you added 6 years ago, in an area I'm currently working on. It looks like it doesn't exist, at least from the aerial footage I'm looking at? I know this is a very old changeset so you may not remember, but were you referring to aerial photography you could see at the time or did you see it in person? Thanks.
