Geen idee wat dat betekent voor de situatie op het terrein.

Misschien dat dit een tijdelijke blokkade is in het kader van deze werf, daarmee dit berichtje, zodat je het weet en eventueel kan opvolgen als de stadsring terug opengaat als ik niet tijdig in de buurt zou passeren!

In the Netherlands the buildings are regularly discarded and re-imported from the cadastral records (osm.wiki/BAGimport), so it's not that useful to do improvements to non-special buildings.

Also, when using aerial imagery, keep in mind that we (try to) map the building's footprint, while on imagery you see the roof, so: 1) protrusions on the roof should not be mapped and 2) you should correct for the roof not being directly over the footprint since the images are taken slightly obliquely. Take a look at walls and building shadows to see this on the imagery itself.

Also keep in mind that the buildings that have been imported in Belgium and the Netherlands have their outlines measured on the terrain by professional surveyors. Aerial imagery always has some offset and deformations (they don't appear magically, the images taken by the aeroplane/satellite need to be aligned and processed), so trust the outlines.

Hoi, de gangbare tagging voor gsm-masten in hoogspanningsmasten is zonder man_made=mast. operator=* is hier misleidend aangezien de mast zelf door Elia onderhouden wordt. Wat je met type=exchance bedoelt, is niet duidelijk: type=* wordt enkel gebruikt voor relaties om het relatietype te bepalen.
