Yes Richard it was not missing but empty (containing no ways I believe or maybe just one remaining way - I don't remember). Anyway I started redefining it just after posting this diary entry and it didn't took me too long to do that. Looking at the time of your comment I had probably already finished.

That's really an issue indeed. cycleway is not specific enough and can be anything between a road and a narrow footpath. I want to make a distinction between on one side the paths/tracks where bikes are allowed even if they're just "good enough" for a mountain bike (probably too difficult for a wheelchair and tricycle then), and on the other side the footpaths where bikes are not legally allowed or where it is too dangerous or too hard to ride even on a mountainbike.
