That's an interesting angle. The A/Bs are probably on the same lot, but I don't think that trying to map this distinction is very fruitful. It falls short of on the ground verifiability for one, as the buildings will just have normal numbers and letters on their walls.

You moved the letters from housenumber tags to units. The way I read the wiki, this is incorrect.

addr:housenumber=*
Says that it may contain letters and other characters.

addr:*=*#Detailed_subkeys
The unit key is more for special cases, e.g. a hospital complex.

A small note about the operator tag: It should contain just the name of the operator, not the website. There's a subkey for that: operator:website=*

So I would suggest the following changes:

There is an office tag also: osm.wiki/Tag%3Aoffice%3Dassociation

So maybe could be tagged like this:

I'm aware that the Name Suggestion Index will produce warnings of this, but adding "brand not K-Market" is not the answer, as that's clearly not what's on the ground.

The right way to go about this would be to change NSI, as this affects pretty much every K-Market in Finland. The problematic line appears to be this one: https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/blob/128442a48c3a52aafae44cd1f4b89fdc65406415/data/brands/shop/convenience.json#L1934

Maybe we should start a thread about this somewhere more public?

These boundary:protected_area tags on buildings are generating a lot of Osmose warnings, as the tag is intended for national parks and such. (boundary=protected_area)

Maybe the heritage=* tag would be the way to go? (heritage=*#Case:_a_single_object_e.g._a_building_is_under_protection) Though it doesn't appear to be quite as simple as tagging things heritage. There's sources etc.
