Agree - I'd missed that as it's implies bicycle=yes by default in iD editor - I've made it explicit.

Hmmm - looks like I've been tagging my cycle paths incorrectly :-)

There's a few that probably need updating (https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/xQd) not all mine, but I'll update them over the coming weeks.
