I left that portion of the road as unclassified since it seems to be pulling traffic from the village above it and providing access for users to then go over to Jilotzingo. With that portion of the road as track, users will be routed up and around the small village in order to go to Jilotzingo.

They were already present in OSM and had been added by other editors. Since I did not have the correct name of the road, I left the one that another user had already added. You can select the history of the object in OSM to determine which editors added the name and the ref tag. I hope that offers some clarity for you.

Thank you for reaching out. I based the classification of this road on how the road is being used. This road has many structures along it and carries traffic through the area. Many roads in this area are dirt, but are utilized far more than a track road would be. Hopefully this offers some clarity about the classification.

Thank you for reaching out. This road was originally added as a tertiary. The northern portion of the road is being used to funnel traffic, so I agreed it could be tertiary. The road then becomes less used and does not seem to be carrying as much traffic, so I changed that section to unclassified. Classifications are based on utility of the road, so it is alright for the road surface to be dirt and for the road to still be carrying traffic. I hope this helps clarify the classifications for you.

Thank you for pointing out this mistake to me. I was matching the full road to the beginning of the road that said, "Doctor" and did not realize it should have been, "Doktor". I apologize for that mistake.
Marking the changeset as "Serbia" was a massive mistake on my part and I apologize for that. It will not happen again.
