Should I just place a new tree in the same spot?

I'm not sure how to revert the change.

My bad, I was showing someone how editing works and how detailed the map was in London. I guess I accidentally deleted a tree while moving around.

I'm fairly certain this amount of trees on the map is unnecessary.
