Please don't use `service=emergency_access` for EVA, as it actually means roads only used for emergencies, eg outside fire stations, hospitals, and police stations. `emergency=designated` should be added.

2. `=pier` is for perpendicular ones projecting into the sea, not the same as loose colloquial meaning of any ship-berthing facilities. `=quay` has been used, as how it's named.

Please don't add descriptive labels to `name=` , as it's for proper names themselves only. Use `description=` if needed.

Please don't edit `place=` and `name=` if you don't know them, and didn't read doucmentation. District Council districts are not `=suburb=` nor `=town` in HK.

2. "Tseung Kwan O Town Park" is a generic term for town parks in TKO. Eg it's previous named for HK Velodrome Park.
