Please be careful of the preset meanings. This is not an entire `building=`

I would think `*:conditional=* @ (obstruction)` is conceptually better reserved for signs saying you are automatically legally allowed to do something when there are crashes.

It seems static vs dynamic values isn't the reason of `*:variable=` , as discussions has mentioned the existence of boards that can only show one other speed. For reference, the `*:condiitonal=` `wind_speed` restrictions always happen.

`=wastewater_plant` is for treatment plants only. This is `=pumping_station`

`brand=` is already enough. `=college` , `=university` , and `=school` , etc, should be interpreted as campuses, not a "school".

As mentioned before, please only edit names. The high point still exists.

Please don't fix for renderers. The school is correctly described to be on structure, and inside the estate.

You deleted the wrong object. There was an improper edit before, and this doesn't fix it.

Furthermore, the whole cross-section is colored red on many sections. That means they are the same.
