If around farm fields for wind (windbreaks), it may be `=agricultural` (it's not clear what "agricultural use" means). 1. Please check that anthropogenic=yes is "approved" for "any natural feature" (meaning `natural=` here)
2. I'm extending denotation=* which is described as usable on "trees" including `=tree_row`. There is no opposing statement on `=wood`, which are also trees. `denotation=urban` already mentions `=wood` can be used instead of individual `=tree` , however the information of `denotation=` is lost if you remove it.

You confused the Kom Tsun St decked nullah's culvert, and the drainage tunnel. The nullah culvert of course releases directly the sea to the east. The drainage tunnel needs the shaft outfall on the west in a small "bay", because it's an inverted siphon from deep underground. There is no connection between them as I understand.

2. `access=yes` is much desirable for clarifying publicly usable `=footway` + `indoor=yes` , although mall ones could be `=permissive` depending on interpretation. If they are not public passageway under the land lease or deeds of dedication, that is.
