Look, I'm one of those who started using `turning_cricle=` for the shape. So you can ask before your edits. Never edit something because wiki says so. It is not the iron rule. @os-emmer Please take a closer look as wiki only stipulates its usage with `highway=turning_loop`. There is nothing wrong about using it when it is separately drawn.
I feel `usage=` is a better solution for `=unclassified` and `=residential` not having a `_link`=*. It may also be used for frontage roads and other types of roadways.
