Yes, I will admit that unhelpful comment was pretty bad. But still we should not rely completely on that, though it is indeed an important factor to consider.

Some hundred meters of inaccuracy isn't too bad. I would have reverted if the node was all the way in another city, but this margin of mistake seems like a genuine error instead of a spam.

On the website I see the address "362, Valencia, Mahagun Mascot, E-Tax World, C/o Mr. Honey Jain, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201016" in the footer which matches the address given on the node. Also according to GMaps, the apartment complex "Mahagun Mascot" is actually pretty close to the location of the node. Mahagun Mascot is currently not marked on OSM. (Gmaps location of Mahagun Mascot : geo:28.6299744,77.4402308)

Why did you reverted it? A simple deletion of the `description` tag would have sufficed to remove the spamy part.
