Hi, what you describe is something the HOT community is very aware of. Especially in the Nepal activation there were thousands of newbies with much motivation and little knowledge, like me;) and unfortunately not all of them took the time to read the instructions in the Tasking Manager. I know the HOT Training working group wants to improve that and there were changes in the TM user interface also the training material is being revised. If you would like to get more involved, you can join them, all working groups are in need of long-term and dedicated volunteers. Best, Katja
