I think that the addition of a footway on top of a pedestrian way is not correct. By assigning the area key to a road doesn't mean that it's not a road anymore. Plazas or pedestrian areas in general are free walking areas. Why do we have to restrict the walking path when someone can use the whole area to move? Either leave the footway or the pedestrian road.
