This part of the Route des Pêches is paved - and it has been paved since a few years. I know it very well, I live close by. In fact, it is paved all the way up to Houndodji Plage. At the end, there is an unpaved connection to the unpaved parallel road with the same name. Road works are under way for the stretch from Houndodji Plage to Djondji (near Ouidah). A new paved road and bridge towards the north, about 400 m before Houndodji Plage.
