Thanks for your feedback. Its current designation as a driveway, private except for pedestrians, seems more appropriate than either service road or track.

I agree that 'track' is probably not appropriate. It seems to have been redesignated more recently though.
Although service roads can be through routes, there are some apps that treat service roads as if they don't exist. That doesn't matter if it's a back alley, running parallel and close to a residential street; or if it's a carpark aisle; etc. In this case, there isn't a nearby alternative route, which hopefully explains more comprehensively why I didn't think it should be marked as a service road.

Although it is a private road, with no public access for vehicular traffic, the track is a public right of way for pedestrians. 'Service road' is not appropriate, as it is a through route for pedestrians, ie: it actually goes somewhere. Does that make sense? Is there a better way of marking it that still makes the access rights clear?
