The notation on OS Opendata Streetmap for "Petertavy Great Common" appears to be an error. Ditto Langstone Moor just north of this note. OS Landranger and Outdoor Leisure maps, as well as local almanacs, do not show these two names here but do show them in their correct locations north-west of here, just inside the Merrivale range boundary. OS Opendata Streetview also shows them inside the range boundary (i.e. possibly some sort of copy n' paste error at OS HQ). I have consequently deleted the notation in OSM at this note location.

Last time I worked this area we were decommissioning parts of the complex and setting up to rip it out so some of this may be gone now. I'm fairly certain 2/4-R and it's north-western flare bridges are gone now and I think 2/4-T has also been dismantled by now, for example. Needs checking for remaining structures.

20190917 - Planning consent in place to demolish existing buildings and redevelop into an estate of commercial units. Works due to start soon, apparently.

Unsure how to properly tag the addresses here. The street itself is Lillebonne Way but the houses that front on to it are known as Normandy Row. Indeed, the cross street at the western end and link street to Proctor Road are signed as just being Normandy Row. The formal address looks like 49 Normandy Row, Lillebonne Way, WELLINGTON, Somerset, TA21 8FD. I have perused OSMWiki and applied the tag combination that looks "proper" for when developers do this mad two-names thing but a consensus to be absolutely correct would be nice.
