Thanks for fixing it, it seem more like a disconnect between KeepRight expectation, as it does not seem to account for two way separating into two ways. It's error is about the angles between the physically separated road and the two-way road. KeepRight also flags this road separation as a possible error, for example: relation/10100350

To remediate this we can flag these as false-positives in KeepRight and hope they start handling this better.
