Which legal definition of autoroute are you referring to?

The Code de la Route (see below) says the motorway ends where the end-of-motorway sign is, unless there is an additional distance panel below it (which is not the case here).

Note this does not mean that the A3 or A4 ends - just that the remaining parts of the A3/A4 no longer have motorway status.

Deze way stond (net als de overzijde van het knooppunt) op highway=motorway aangezien dit de doorlopende A59 is.

access=customers staat hier alleen bij de tolpoorten die voor vaste klanten die met een t-tag betalen. De router kan dus nog steeds over het tolplein, via de andere lanen.

(Dit was ook al zo voor deze wijziging.)

The statements made by the government of Peru about its maritime domain obviously apply to the entire maritime domain, not just near Chile. The meaning of the maritime domain is also clearly relevant to that court case, because without the claim of a maritime domain there would be no dispute in the first place. The statement is also not just some interpretation but the court has noted it as an explicit commitment.

If you look at the exact contents of the statement, Peru says the maritime domain is applied consistently with UNCLOS. This means a 200 nm territorial sea is not the current situation on the ground, regardless of what the constitution says Peru is entitled to.

Maybe a different government in the future will successfully claim a territorial sea of 200 nm, based on the constitution, but until that happens the maritime borders should be mapped as they are effectively applied today.

Your interpretation of the Peruvian constitution is not correct, or at least does not match what the government of Peru claims. While Peru indeed has a 200 nm maritime dominion, only the first 12 nm of it is territorial sea.

This is clear from the statements made by Peru during the proceedings at the International Court of Justice during the dispute with Chile. Peru has formally stated that the application of the maritime domain is consistent with UNCLOS maritime zones (i.e. max 12 nm territorial sea, 24 nm contiguous zone, 200 nm EEZ).

De straatnaam is daar ook Provincialeweg, tot aan de rotonde met West Nieuwlandsedijk / De Punt. Vanaf die rotonde begint de straatnaam Brouwersdam.

Deze had ik opgezocht in NWB, zowel de hoofdrijbaan als de parallelbaan heten Damweg. (Dat wil overigens niet zeggen dat er ook een straatnaambord bij de hoofdrijbaan staat.)

De straatnaam in Stellendam is vrij zeker 'Provincialeweg N215' (dit type straatnamen wordt in OSM getagd met official_name). In Melissant lijkt de straatnaam of 'Provincialeweg' te zijn of er is geen straatnaam (in dat geval is in NWB de straatnaam 'Provincialeweg' van de N215-kruisende weg per ongeluk op de N215 zelf terechtgekomen).

I reverted this change. The area described by this boundary relation is no longer a country since 1986 and that country no longer exists at all since 2010.

Je hebt in principe gelijk, echter dit is ook autosnelweg, waardoor vehicle=no op hetzelfde neerkomt als access=no (en dat laatste wordt beter ondersteund door dataconsumenten/renderers).

This is the administrative boundary on the bridge, which per international treaty differs from the normal administrative boundary.
