Hi Venoltar, I am not a local expert, but as TheSwavu mentioned I think the tagging of Whinstanes as place=neighbourhood is consistent with the OSM Wiki definition. Especially in the context of Brisbane where there are commonly known neighbourhood names from early land sales that still exist within formal suburb boundaries (eg. Merthyr, Ithaca, Mayne, Hill End, Rosalie).

Hi Fortera,
We (NHVR) were contacted by an engineer at Light Regional Council and provided with the survey plans for this development. The streets which aren't tagged as highway=construction have recently been handed over from civil contractors to Council management and are publicly accessible.
This development is also partially gazetted on the LocationSA webmap. Thanks.

Hi aharvey, thanks for clarifying ther permissive value. I had used that incorrectly. I've just updated the attributes of this path which can be seen in chageset 161623136.

Hi Fortera, apologies, my link to the project page was an oversight. I submitted the changeset following a discussion with a Road Asset Manager at the local council and discussion with a Project Officer involved with the road upgrade works. Both were able to confirm the upgraded Quarry Road, intersection configurations and turn restrictions are now in place. Given this, I'd be very happy for the current changeset source to be removed and replaced with 'Local knowledge' and / or 'image' if this is possible retrospectively? Thank you

Hi Warin61, thanks for providing this clarification, I've just attempted to tidy my earlier edit by creating one outer area and assigning a place=neighbourhood tag to this feature. As this is an area in the earlier stages of construction let me know if there would be a more appropriate value. Thanks.

The relation in this changeset 'Windang (15841243, v1)' appears to be a duplicate of 'Windang (6076761)' (East of Lake Illawarra) and doesn't appear to relate to the locality of Windang NSW as per the DCS NSW Base Map. The change should potentially be removed / reverted?
