Hi Gregory, thanks for your comment. The problem is that when the pair of tags building=construction & construction=yes is used, JOSM does not validate and a message error is displayed.

Thanks for the alert. Just for clarification, do you confirm that the correct tagging should be :

building = yes
construction = building

When I go on the OSM wiki page I read :

building=construction with construction=* describing type of building being constructed is in use. For example building=construction construction=apartments

As a result,I have some difficulties to understand what is the best tagging option.

Hi Alkalin,
I saw that the Congo river mapping was really controversial and I started to delete a series of nodes . But I figured out that there was a series of mappings outside the tile which were not corret and as a result I stopped my work and leaved the tile. I did not think that my modifications had been saved, sorry about that.
Do what you consider to be apropriate from an optimal mapping quality point of view.
