I drove around there a week ago while visiting the tulip festival. The crowd was enormous so I had to circle around for a while :)

highway=residential
Dike Road is not residential (as well as many other ones around...) as it does not go through a residential area. So it should either be a tertiary or an unclassified. As it is a two-lane road, I opted to elevate it to a tertiary.

If, according to your local knowledge, it is an overestimation, I can downgrade it to unclassified and the connected roads in Mount Vernon back to residentials. Do you think it describes the reality better?
