Yes, For sure. I did an extensive survey there in March. The western side of the street is mainly for public (taci+bus) vehicles and the eastern side is for local access to authorized vehicles.

Sorry my bad, I forgot to remove the max speed. The foot path name is still relevant because it's in use for addresses and it still assigned by the municipality. This street has a very limited commercial activity therefore its better not to mark it as a pedestrian street.

As Part of the construction for BRT bus line in ashdod all of this "pedestrian streets" are closed. They are closed for vehicles but open for pedestrian. In several moths they will reopen again.
