way/133301091 ist wohl die Reithalle, also ein Gebäude. Du hast aber das Gebäude gelöscht und durch einen Reitplatz ersetzt. Nur indoor=yes dranschreiben erzeugt kein Gebäude. Du kannst building=riding_hall verwenden, siehe

In JOSM you can use the preset for sport=equestrian to tag riding arenas.

riding arenas (jízdárnas) in OSM are usually tagged leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian. Tag leisure=horse_riding is for riding centres (like way/945872752), see OSM wiki.
In JOSM you can use the preset for sport=equestrian to tag riding arenas (as pitches).

was du hier mit leisure=horse_riding getaggt hast (way/1212209854 und way/1212209855) sieht eher aus wie Reitplätze. Reitplätze werden normalerweise mit leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian + surface=* getaggt, vgl. osm.wiki/DE:Tag:leisure=horse_riding. In JOSM kann man dazu den Preset "Pferdesport" verwenden.

This is a possible solution.
But I have additionlly added leisure=pitch + sport_equestrian to what looks like a riding arena.
