Based on that email I included the imagery into JOSM with https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/USA%20States?action=diff&version=327&old_version=326

Please do not delete damaged or burnt houses.
In this changeset the house way/878351282 was deleted and on the same place a new house was created with way/1197263740
I will correct this.

Please set building=construction for the destroyed buildings.

The walls are standing but anything else is burnt. So building=construction would be appropriate.

Thanks a lot. The 2020 imagery gives http 200 error messages in JOSM. The 2023 imagery is working good.

Warum wurde für die Anschrift dieser Häuser der Straßenname "Twielenfleth Am Deich" gesetzt, obwohl die offizielle Anschrift "Am Deich" lautet?
